Chapter One
I got my WW cook books and starter kit in the mail this morning and as I flipped through the first few pages of one of the cook books, this page hit me rather hard. CHAPTER ONE. That is what I feel like this particular moment in my life is, a new beginning, a fresh start to treating my body the best that I can. I am scared but I am more excited to see the progress I make on this plan. I have heard from so many of you and my friends that WW was the best thing that they ever did, so that helps me just that much more, so thanks for that.
I have said this before, but I'll say it again...I am not a cooker but, I want to be. I want to take pride in the way that I treat my body and the food that I prepare to nourish it. I want to take solace in the ritual of the preparation of that food. I feel like for the first time, I really can.

congrats on "chapter one".
i go back there from time to time, too. :)
my friend has recently lost around 40 lbs on WW and she also had to learn how to cook. and now she loves it! so good luck!
i love reading the gluten free girl's blog. even if you are not gluten free, she is a wonderful read - she really loves and honors her food and body. www.glutenfreegirl.com

I've been a lifetime member of WW for a little over a year now. I agree, WW was the best thing I ever could have done for my health. I lost 50 lbs, and I have to say, it was quite easy to follow the plan. Good for you for making the decision!

Hi, I'm Cris Lopes, and I'm attending your Butterfly album at the Design School SiSTV. I just love your blog - colorful, lively... as the same way I think our classes are gonna be! So far, I'm enjoying them a lot! I'm just concerned about the material - I just bought it yesterday, as a perfect prostrecanator! But anyway, I'll try my best to keep up with the rest of the group! :-)
